    The NOHRD WeightBench adapts effortlessly to a wide range of training styles and exercises. The dynamically adjustable backrest locks securely into eight positions, from flat bench press through to steep incline movements.

    A two-position adjustable seat improves stability and support during heavier lifts, while ergonomically shaped upholstery allows a natural range of movement for pressing and overhead exercises.
