    Built from a sturdy powder-coated aluminium frame, the WaterRower M1 is our most popular model for professional gyms.  

    Styled to match more conventional fitness equipment, WaterRower M1 Series rowing machines have become a mainstay of commercial fitness facilities across the world.  Available in HiRise with a seat position 50 cm off the ground for users that prefer a higher rowing position, or LoRise for those looking to save space.  The WaterRower M1 features the S4 Performance Monitor to track all key indoor rowing training data.

    SPACE SAVING

    Portable and easy to manoeuvre, when not in use M1 Series rowing machines can be stood on end for space-saving storage.  Transportation guide-wheels allow for the WaterRower to be moved around the home or fitness studio with ease.

    S4 PERFORMANCE MONITOR

    The S4 Performance Monitor allows you to track your rowing performance, program workout, and more.  Performance metrics measured include 500m Split Time, Calories, Watts, Distance, and Time.  Connect the ComModule (sold separately) to the S4 Performance Monitor to enable a Bluetooth connection to WaterRower apps including WaterRower Connect and CITYROW Go.

    Tried and tested in gyms and fitness studio across the land, the WaterRower M1 is built to last.  Made by hand in the USA to ensure quality and durability; the M1 rowing machine has a 3-year frame, 5-year parts commercial-grade warranty.

    HIRISE OR LORISE

    The M1 Series WaterRower is available as either a HiRise or LoRise model.  HiRise rowers have a higher seat (500mm/20") than the M1 LoRise (300mm/12").  The HiRise option is popular in commercial gyms and with users that have mobility impairments that make getting on and off the LoRise seat difficult 

    LOW IMPACT

    Unlike air and magnetic resistance rowing machines, the WaterRower has a smooth even stroke resistance that places minimal strain on joints and the lower back.  

    HIGH INTENSITY

    When used at full extension is possible to burn in excess of 1000 calories per hour on the WaterRower.  Indoor rowing uses every large muscle group and recruits both the aerobic and anaerobic system to provide one of the most efficient workouts you can do.
