Exercise time 17:00
I had returned from my Parents’ for the night and I had work in 4 hours. In that time I had to hang up the washing, put another wash in, bake a cake for my lovely boss, fit in a nap and have some dinner. To say I was a little harassed was an understatement. After my 30 minute session, I was feeling much calmer and feeling a little firmer in areas. Was this psychological or were there really changes happening already? There is always a feeling of satisfaction when I finish my rowing session. Sadly, this was not allowed to last for long as I had lots to do.
